Invention / Innovation

At this stage, we develop the material or technological solution and produce the necessary prototypes to verify processability, mechanical, thermal and rheological properties, as well as stability.

EXPERIMENTAL ACTIVITIES

We carry out targeted experimental work based on reactive and transformation processes, including:

  • polymer synthesis, chemical modification and reactions;
  • compounding and advanced blending;
  • compatibilization of complex blends;
  • design and selection of functional additives;
  • preliminary evaluation of thermo-mechanical and rheological properties.

Processing is carried out in reactors or through reactive extrusion, a key technique for functional modification in the molten state.

PROTOTYPE PRODUCTION AND CHARACTERIZATION

We produce initial prototypes using co-rotating twin-screw extrusion, injection molding or dedicated processes tailored to the specific material.
In compliance with international standards, we evaluate processability and performance through thermo-mechanical, physico-chemical and rheological analyses, verifying alignment with project objectives.

Product optimization
